I figured I'd put one of my favorites up as my first one - This is a Dungeons and Dragons bad guy I came up with (I'm the Dungeon Master, you see).

More to follow. Please lemme know what you think. ^_^

That's a very stylished wing he got. It strikes me as weird arrangement of feathers at first, but it can also work out as a different type of wings (although I'd still recommend make both similar size. right now the left wing is larger than the right side).
I'm not sure about the blurred line around the upper body, I was expecting to see a solid outline there. His legs also look kind of short, even though I know you are going for the foreshortening. Add some clothes folds around the crouch area may help to show the foreshortening better.
Keep it up and keep posting. :)

Well your baby steps look like leaps by comparison to me... Lol... But hey I'm still young... You should do some Loomis studies (everyone says that)... You have alot of things down that I definatly don't... Funny that I would give advice to someone with better skill, but you could use some proportion studies... Keep it up though! :)
