One of the strangest groups around the Flying Taxi(dermists) gather around in parking lots where they make their strange rituals. While they may be harmless, no one has stuck long enough to make sure.
Painter, started with flying cars, got annoyed with it, did this, got annoyed with it, posted :P

didnt have much time for this today, started playin around on ps and came up with me concept, then wanted to go traditional with it, but spilt my ink and got annoyed, so here is the ps doodle 10 mins, and the pencil doodle for the trad (before the inkular disaster)

Around 2.5hrs. Inspired by a picture of a world war 2 half-track tank. In the future, personal security will probably be an even bigger deal, so cab drivers work in pairs. The driver doors require a combo to get in. Customers pay and give their directions through the plasma screen computer/ATM thingy on the right side. Then the door opens up behind the driver door like an airplane, with stairs on the bottom, and they get into a small, bullet proof, privacy tinted dome separated from the drivers by 4 inches of a cheap titanium alloy (they have discovered an economic way to synthesize it, of course). Oh, and there are 6 bevarage holders. :teeth:

xenos: what's artrage? i like the blue jets... very sweet.

Wundergeek: this has the Minority Report or IRobot movie feel to it. nice overall... smooth and sweet for an hours work.

NKunleashed: awesome idea. ooo, 6 beverage holders... oh man i can have 3 waters and 3 mountain dews in all.

Eriboss: i really like the depth and ink lines. it looks like an illustration for some PCWorld magazine or something. :)

Hamsta: haha... i hate it when i get annoyed with my concept. sometimes you've just got to rethink it from a totally different perspective. i sometime get up play PS3...er PS2 and go back to drawing whatever and get new ideas. try it out sometime.

MattGamer Games are evil, they sap all my productivity for hours on a daily basis.
I think you did a good job with the main taxi concerning perspective and the compostion works pretty well. Unfortunetly the bg looks quite unresolved, with the building fading to white, and the other taxis ranging in finish.
Some people make some damn good scribbles - you are not in that group yet.

Eriboss I want to see that inkspill, see if it really is a lost cause.
The pencil has a lot going for it which was just lost in the digital, which is a mess, so Im gonna ignore ;)
I like the retro look of those taxis, and the sheer scale of their lot.
