JP Targete on Pirates 2..?

This poster I guess was handed out at the con for the new pirates 2 movie...I looked at it for awhile and reminds me of Targete's drawings...anyone know is he working on the movie?

I think that Pirate has crabs /m\ Awesome looking though. I don't like Disney movies, but POTC was the exception. Can't wait for the sequel.
