To draw something in comp

Im not sure if thats gonna help out at this point, sounds like home boy needs to turn of th computer and draw for a long time then come back and post your work...

OK Well really it depends on what you wanna do, but if you have the cash I would go out buy some a nice set of drawing pencils a good set of micron pens. think about getting some water coler or acrilic paing to play with
