This is a work in progress that i started a year or so ago and have yet to finish due to...well. i keep forgetting about it. anyway, it's a couple of characters from a Dungeons & Dragons game i ran a while back. The color is faaar from complete and in fact is just a base coat and the dragon man's (cauldron) hidden hand is just laziness on my part (as is the background castle now that i look at it). It is inked then scanned and colors in photoshop. Crits welcome.

very cute characters, it looks like they're on a crusade. at first view i didnt noticed the dragon samurai had a tail. i feel its dynamic, but the castle could be showing more, a castle means a dungeon, adventure, experience points and it must be where the adventurers go to :rendered: . but my two main buggers are that he seems to have cracks on his wings, and the bird warrior seems to have no visible eye. then rest looks pretty strong

Yah, the castle is weak...and the "cracks" on his wings are more like veins which i have always intended to tone down when i colored the peice...just haven't gotten there yet and the bird-guy's eye is there, but isn't pained yet so you can see through to the grass background...and that's why it looks a bit wierd. Thanks for the comments!

The dragon's weight is on his bent leg, if you try to stand as he does, you will find it most uncomfortable. I like his head tho.

Thanks! Though i actually prefer to think that his weight is on his tail, but i hear what you are saying.
