Although lovely to look at, it is too subtle in tones to ever reproduce worth a damn. Are you really going through all that time and effort investment for a single, non-reproducable comic? How many more pages do you have to go?

That'd be one of those comics I'd buy where I don't give a damn about the story.. because the gorgeous artwork is too distracting :)

that sounds traumatizing, only by looking at the page i feel intimidated. it looks nightmarish, some mayan-egyptian futuristic stuff twisted together. its a comic i would buy ^^

it has a dreamy-fuzzy thing happening with it for me. like im looking at the images through a haze. im not sure what context these are in, and that may be the intention. if this has something to do with more visual communication, it kinda frustraites me a bit, cause i dont know what its saying.
but obviously some seriouse talent worked this. its pretty cool, but like i said, i dont understand whats being shown. if that makes any sense.
enough with the making of the words, im going back to drawing. :P

Actually. . . It's a try-out page. . . I was given a story and asked to illuststrate a page. . .
Since there was no contract ( or money ) involved. . . I took the logical step and created a page based on mood. . .
That way. . . since the page is vague anyway. . . the page is all mine
I always get nervous when there are promises and no cash
Haven't heard from them yet. . . guess I flunked. . .
As for the tonal look. . . If the page is accepted. . . I would go to color

Thanx. . .
I rarely buy books because of story. . . I have always looked for the artist. . .
Except for Moore

Here is a final page of a series called The Upper Hand
I'm still waiting on the lettering. . . But Scarlett and Elliot are coming out of the rain after a battle with a gang ( set in the twenties )
They have entered Elliot's office ( he's a private Detective ) and what do they find. . . .
