I wanted to start my own comic online but drawing wiht a mouse is hard for me, though the art ill be drawing will be simple, like south park style. I was thinking of getting a tablet but thats almost the same, and the one that I want which makes it easy is like 2000 dollars from wacom.
Any ideas or suggestions or adviceeeee

You can have a wacom for less than 150$, it will be waaaay good enough. And much better than a mouse.

150 me arse ! You paid too much.
Pricewatch.com has a Wacom Graphire3 for 83$ buckaroons. I have a Graphire2 and enjoy it much. Wacom is the tablet king by the way.

but isnt almost the same as using a mouse, I get the idea it will be so hard since you draw on tablet and have to look at the screen, I wish they made more simple plain ones where you draw on tablet and get to see it on the tablet, but those are too expensive....
Someone did tell me tha tI will get used to it. Did you guys have trouble in the start?
Also which size should I get? I want it mainly for cartoon strips like this

I hated it at first, actually used my mouse for a little while. Now It's a part of my body... hehehe ! I'm not sure about what size is best, I just went with what I could afford at the time, a $100 Wacom Graphire2. I've heard talk of proper sizes for screen resolutions so the stroke you input will be of scale on the screen but I'm not sure.
But I think it's manageable either or any way.
BTW, that is a really really geeky comic, I just barely got it.
