Nice, fletch!

The only crit is on the glasses. The reflections look blurry, as if the glas were clouded. You should use a shape with sharp edges and one transparency value...

Cool - nice stuff, fletchgirl -- I'm a fan of the books, and I really like these - Ron is my favorite. Also like your animal sketches on your site - I like your sketching style.

Hi there
Nice work fletchgirl :) I especially like their expressions and the coloring and the cats fur - excellent fur *touches screen - yesss - furry!!!*! Good hair o the children too brw, thats a speciality of yours maybe?
The glasses seems to haunt ya. imho theyre getting better. I think however that maybe a simpler approach on the glasses could be good. The glare is overworked. Two brighter spots and a wavy line maybe - kinda comic classic glasses. They reflect the strong lights that are in the room. Maybe drawing a small "window" in the glasses is taking it to far, however, that I dont recommend. . But simple is the way to go here, I think.
On a side-note: Which kinda glasses does he have, potter I mean. If he cant see on long-range, then the glasses shrinks his features - eys and also his headline, because hes in 3/4. If he cant see on-short-range, then the glasses enlarges his eyes and features, lika e spectacle. :D
Have a nice weekend and thanx for your excellent comments on my darkelfgirl
:chug:

i agree that in real life, glasses would shrink or enlarge the features.... it could work if i just pull his face in a little bit... funny that in the books, they can grow whole skeletons.. but even dumbledore wears glasses. :p i'll keep working on it...

and here's an attempt at snape.. i didn't want him to look like alan rickman... but for some reason, now he looks like a cross between Peter Cushing (Grand Moff Tarkin) and Elvis. hmmm.

Dude, I think Snape is the best so far! He looks like John Cusack saying "this is my impression of Peter Cushing... as Elvis."
