It's a 14 y.o. Chinese crested. Chinese crested are always bald except for the tuft of hair on top

And while that first dog is definitely Uhgleee, this one, I would say at least, is truly impressive. Very anthro, or furry almost :)

isn't that video of that dog the one with the heart in its leg?
i heard something about that and the leg kept going after the bone and the dog got kinda woo on it?
and thats really scary... wouldn't want a dog like that around my kids.
