??Who is the concept artist that made art for a game called Fallout. I mean there are probably more than one. The ones I am interested in are the ones that did cartooney characters that represent the quirks you got in the game and the splash screens (like paintings) when the game itself loads or installs.

Hey thanks for the info and the link ... does Vance Kovacs have a site by any chance?

Also I am still looking for that guy that did thoses comic like illustrations for the game ... not sure if it is Vance Kovacs that did them (they are like 1950's style cartoons) but you hit the spot with Justin Sweet right on.
