It began as a creature doodle, went over to a spacegorilla drawing and ended as a jade sculpture of a spacegorilla!

Now what do we learn from this?............nothing..........

Oh...i really don't know the reason for posting this...maybe i felt some warmth and wanted to share it with you :rolleyes:
Feel free to post your ancient or alien artefacts...maybe then this thread gets a sense...

nice painting fozzy. i like the idea of ancient, alien artifacts! it always made my head spin in "alien" with the hints of the strange and unknowable.

KayCustomz: Drawn and colored in flash, some details and layer adjustment in ps afterwards. This was quite a quick one...about 1-2 hour...

Payback: As far as i know jade is green, but, hey, this is an alien artefact...i mean if gorillas look like that over there, the jade could be purple, eh?

foster: Actually i never was attracted by this subject, except Stargate if you can call this an artefact...but maybe i'll make more of this theme in future...thx

ODIN SIX: I don't know...i never was on the planet where they made this, i never saw someone of this planet...but ancient scrolls, scientists found nearby the sculpture, say that the butt is glowing, because it's cool looking :p

LC3: I studied many hind quarters of gorillas and different apes to achieve a perfect illusion of a real gorilla-butt...
