Need help and suggestions PLEASE

I have sketched a female demon thingy and need a bit of help with the anatomy.I think the hands look alittle smale and there is something wrong with the legs.Any suggestions.

Hey Syco 26,
here is what I can see at a qick glance:
The head is to a bit to small
the waist is to narrow,
there is a bunch of other minor stuff, you should work more with shapes instead of details. what I mean is draw first a stick man, then ad body parts drawn as geometric forms (spheres, tapered cylinders, cubes..) once that it done you can start to define the various muscle groups.

Well the head is too small in comparison to legs or to entire height. But if you will compare it only to the upper body the head is too big. And the legs are even bigger. So the easiest way is to make the head and legs smaller.
