Hi. Hows everyone today? Hope you guys can help me with my current WIP.
I have a real problem intergrating my characters into my environments. As i'm sure you can see here. Does anyone have any tips, tricks, even references for good backgrounds and enviro's? Thanks again :)

I think this looks very sweet. As far as integrating into the background, it's helpful to do some thumbnails first, laying out the composition and values. These figures seem to really dominate the scene, so that the background isn't going to have a large impact. You've got an "A" composition right now. With the subject and look, some strong verticals might be nice, like thin, straight trees (or bamboo).

This is going to be very cool.
Not sure about the scared expression tho. Maybe make him more serious?
Looking forward to updates!

Cheers ParkerD. His face has that expression because its his brother he has had to kill. Also, its an unexpected expression. Usually you would be quite angry whilst ramming a sword into someones chest, so i wanted to change that. I think it gives the piece a sad demeanor. However I appreciate your crits, so i'll give it a go :)
p.s. LOVIN the peter griffin quote lol
