Hi guys, this is my latest work, i made it today, about 20 mins. C&C are welcome.

It's okay, but there's not much to say. It's not a character you created, you've drawn no details at all, just a couple pointy ears on a circular masked head, on top of a larger darker oval with some highlights to signify blurry light refraction off of some sort of fabric...Try to copy it and see if you can do it in less than 10 minutes.

You'd have made better use of the 20 minutes to try to draw that in just B&W. If you didn't have big blobs of color to hide behind, you would have to really put some effort into actual rendering of shapes and muscles, not just splashing some color around...
