I really like this. It looks like the Paper St. Soap Co. from Fight Club after hours.
The extreme light and dark is brilliant.
Nothing criticizing to say.

Very cool drawing man. Excellent work. The thing that takes away from it for me is the telephone poles in the foreground. The one closest to the viewer is very blurry, whereas the tree, which is further away has more definition. The other thing I noticed is the gigantic circles left by the brush you used at the top left and the bottom right. Kind of takes away the atmosphere a bit, but like they said, very moody.

this is the Its Finally FInished! forum so im not so sure this belongs here but rather in the WIP sketches forum. Otherwise I think this could be a very cool concept peice when finished. The color and lack there of really sets the mood. the values bring it to life and the shadows play nice with the light.

My first issue with it is that it is obviously not complete. i would like to see it much further. spend a few hrs on it for me :D

the bottom of the house is almost square. everything else so quite distracting in a good way then there is the bottom of the house which has harsh lines, i dont think it fits with the rest of the picture, consistancy is important. maybe put some bushes or somethin to make it a bit more detailed.
