Providence, RI area sketch group?

Hey all, just wanted to ask around to see how many people from the Providence area would be interested in forming a sketch group. I was talking to someone else about the idea and was hoping we might be able to attract people from the southern Boston area through Rhode Island and the eastern Connecticut area to get together and talk art and sketch. Nothing is planned yet I'm just trying to see who is available or interested. Anybody else interested?

Hey hey! I actually moved from Providence to Boston this year (I miss my waterfires!) but check out the Boston Sketch group thread. We're getting together this summer for good times and its only an hour's train ride away ^_^

Ha, stupid me....didn't even see the sub-forum listings at top. I should've looked through there first.. :^^;: it's all that camouflage...yeah that's it! :D

I'm actually not too far away from Boston. I live in Mansfield which is pretty much in between Boston and Providence. I have the train in my town which is a plus too. Depending on when I might be able to join in on some of the activities.

Can I play? I wanna play too! When is everyone getting together? The weekends are best for me. Are we just gonna hang at a diner or something and sketch folks or what?

If anyone from the eastern Connecticut or Rhode Island area stills wants to do something maybe we can take turns and have the Boston group come down for a gathering every once in a while so that way one group doesn't always get stuck traveling the most. :^^:
