Whoops, I seem to have accidentaly put this thread into the wrong forum (Sketchbooks) so I suppose I'll re-start it here. If a moderator sees the one in the other forum, feel free to delete that one.
Done with a number 2 pencil in about 35 minutes and slightly cleaned up w/ Photoshop, maybe an hour total, give or take a peepee break.

It my first real foray into drawing human faces or anything like this. I'm usually a photo manip kind of guy and I'm not really use to pencil & paper. It more or less just to get some sense of what it's like.
I think shading is thing I have the hardest time with, as well as some of the lines (left side of nose, maybe) but this is a first for me, to be able to draw a person at least in the same realm as the reference shot.
Next, I'll try female, see how that goes. BTW, I'm a dead ringer for Qui-Gon in RL, lol. C&C are most welcome. :) I need to know what to focus on in future attempts.
