Critiques please, I need them to live. Or..improve anyway.

The guy looks good, but it looks like you did a sort of half-assed(comparitively) deal with the rest. You tried to focus like a camera with high aperture but it really the blurring doesnt correctly indicate depth. The foreground is blurred exactly the same as the backround, something right behind the man is blurred just as much as the dragon silhouettes. I can see you wanted a dynamic perpective, and I like the idea of the foreground action, but the backround just distracts me, Id get rid of it completely and try a different approach with keeps the scale you want but doesnt distract from the picture's center.
And the speedlines or whatever dont seem to give the right affect either. I assume the demon's arm was just cut off but the speed lines dont help stress this, the way they've been done here at least.
It really does look like one person did the man and the demon, while someone else did the foreground and backround, the contrast in style and quality is that high to me.

Thanks, my bg skills are sub-par, admittedly. * :^^;: :[ :( They aren't speed lines though he's absorbing spirit energy/powers from the demons he's killing...
