And yeah if anyone wonders about the hair being dark, that's the way it was in Metroid 1 (it was dark brown or green with the Varia actually). It was probably changed to blonde cuz they knew it was gonna be big on the US market. Bleh. Still, in what other game does the heroine strip in the end sequence? Metroid 1 just roxxorz your boxxorz!

lots of people used to think Justin Bailey was a person, but Bailey used to be slang for a womans bathing suit
so the password refered to samus just in a bailey.

Hehe, yeah, I used to think that too, until I read in a magazine that bailey is some aged word for full swimsuit. There's a lot of wierd passwords, I think Gunpei Yokoi's name is in one. Kid Icarus has the classic:

I think they are exceptions in the password routine since the checksum (last two characters) isn't correct. Oh well, I'm ranting about passwords... I get so excited...

haha, that is really great, prom. as soon as i looked and i saw "justin bailey" with prom as the poster, i knew it was a metroid picture. Just In Bailey only in bathing suit. baily is a really old term for a bathing suit. a tid bit of extra trivia :D.

Your pieces always astound me. Everyone should take notes on your fantastic use of color. One really needs to understand his medium and the key concepts to be able to simplify, block in and imply detail and color, the way you do.
