I know that this is more of a graphic design question that concept art but hopefully I can get some advice on a character I'm working on. I working on a logo for an event planning company and they want one of those 2-d single shaded character for their logo.
My question for you all is could you give me some suggestions on what type of pose i should put him in. The mainly plan sporting events (mixed martial arts mainly) but they do want to lock down the character to a fighting stance or something. Any suggestions?

Wow, if that isn't a cool assignment then I don't know what is.. Personally I'd go for something Wu Shu, or look up the Praying Mantis style..

Thanks for the suggestion franz, but I would probably get beatin within an inch of my life. The fights they promote are mixed martial arts which is like the Ultimate Fighting Championship. In which no kung fu person I ever saw compete in did any good. They usually get their ass woop. And now they don't even try anymore. But anyway...
It is a very cool assignment. I'm just perplexed becuse they don't want their logo really fighting oriented. I was thinking of maybe a charcter looking like a boxing announcer. Maybe holding a microphone. That could be interpreted to be a bunch of things. One problem I see with that is trying to make it look like he is not singing.
BTW. The name of the company is Cardella Productions. Thanks for anymore suggestions.
