Maybe this isn't what you are after because all it took to find it was a google image search. Still, you got me curious and I seem to remember that this was the first appearance of Spiderman:

first apperance of good old spidy was in amazing fantasy #15. it's sometime in the late 60's.... back when stan lee was churing out characters left and right :D
first drawn by steve ditko... possibly the best one around.

I friend of mine has that issue #15, but i wasnt sure that it was the first one... thank you guys for clearing that up:chug:

your joking right? that issue is easily worth at least 10 grand. in mint condition...if it is not a reprint. if it is the original from the 60's and all...no one in their right mind would sell that.

yeah, I was joking.

There are only around 5 that are known to exist in mint condition.

Last one I heard about was auctioned off for, like, 80,000 dollars.

so.....20 bucks....thats my final offer.
