Reason(s)
- Offense #1: Attempting to make a flame thread in a DSG post by mtom. Where mtom did a marker drawing of a creatures profile where intuos claimed that mtom ripped off a starwar's creature design(sando), which was completely out of line because the concept was far from the same. Inspired or not I cannot say but the post did not belong out in the public when PM's were available.

- Offense reason #2 and #3: Personal offenses to myself. While browsing sijun forums i've been repeatly heckled by this artist. Frist time he stated i did nothing but draw sloopy drawings of monsters with big hands and i was going no where with my art work. The second time I posted on sijun he just had to follow up with: "D.A.V.I = Drawing Away Very Inadequately".... awesome right? It's not like i do 3 drawings a day and I'm busting my ass to learn techniques and methods of painting and yet i have seen NO art work from him besides a logo design.

it was also brought to my attention that this "intuos" was also called frostedflame, and Chris Perry.

he has a history of stealing peoples artwork and calming it as his. if anyone disagrees with my ban now, i don't really care :nana

But how would that legitimate a ban here? If you beat up people at McDonald's and get banned you're still welcome at Burger King as long as you behave.. :hmm:

Ok, since you don't know who this guy is i will fill you in.

It started with Pixelsoilder on eatpoo.com's forums. He was caught tracing someone's oekaki and posting it as him. he switched his name to treemerchant and mongoose, was later banned. was also banned on sijun, until he switched his name again and again.

myself and sumaleth from sijun.com have tracked him to certain ips. The ban was not really set because i was getting heckled, even though i should have, but it was banned because he was already harassing users.

I checked out another nick by him that would basiclly on post in el coro's section and it had post like "do you have a hot sister", and snotty remarks to users like "maybe elcoro wants to do something AWAY from the computer." Which sounds alot like the post intuos just msg'd me with on sijun( i can't quote it anymore because sumaleth deleted it ).

Trust me, I'll never ban anyone for just heckling me, though i do warn or edit WITH the reasons why.

pixelsoldier, mongoose or whatever he calls himself nowadays does deserve an instant ban, no matter in which forum he shows up. this might be a harsh opinion, but i know to many stories about this person, to think he would behave anywhere, anytime.
