His nose tip is really wide. I don't know the real person, but that looks a bit too out of proportion. Also the nose center line doesnt really line up with the lip's center line. His left eye seems a bit too much outward. Move it in a bit. The top half of the head is too much, it's making the eye resting below the 1/2 line.
His left foot bothers me, I think it's the way the toes pointing. The left index is too wide, and the fingers look rather squarish, you may want to make the tip rounder. Both hands look really big, Perhaps you are trying for the foreshortening there, but it doesn't really show much and the hands seem to be big even with foreshortening.
The current skin tone values don't really work with a blue background, it probably works better with a more desaturated background, like greyish blue. And those colors on the bandages are a bit out of place. Too saturated in comparison with the skin tones.
