Where to start...first of all I have a designated style in mind :-

You can explore this site, its pretty cool and probably the only manga style I will actually like.
what I like about it is the pure colour technique, and the flesh and light tones and I just don't even know where to start, Also I'd like to know if there is a way to Add a dark green tint to everything to make it more sinister looking.
Is there a way to stop the Scanned darkened pencil Image from having white edges when you fill it in?
