This is concept art for a guard that will be modelled and included in a mod I am working on for the Morrowind TES3 engine.

I made one consept pic-

Then redesighned several elements and made the finalized one-

I just cant help but think that his right foot and knee are off. Perhaps this is due to several of the other elements being off... I dont know.

Help apreciated greatly.

It looks alright to me, except for his arms. his left wrist looks like it's streched out several inches. keeping in mind that the proportions of the human form vary somewhat, the wrist is usually at or just below the groin when the arm is limp, which puts the hand somewhere around mid-thigh. also, on both his arms the elbow looks a bit low. on most people it seems the elbow is somewhere between the bottom of the ribcage and the top of the hips. on your pic it looks like it could be a bit lower than that. if you're unsure about the physique try finding a photo of someone in a similiar pose or use a friend or yourself as a model. I don't see any outstanding errors with his leg, although perhaps the knee is a bit low.
Good luck and keep drawing!

Ah i see, so its not the left knee thats to low its the right one..

And yes its a great idea to take a ref-pic of my brother and use it for this picture. Thanx for the help, looks like i might actually finish this one and get on with the photoshopping. :^^:
