not really, Try to draw from LIFE as mutch as possible. the problem with poser is that the models look really doll like, and it doesnt mather how you position them they still look arteficial, and if you want your drawings to look like the characters in your art are lifelike you have to draw from life, its all about filling your mind with refrence, and ways how to draw certain stuff, But I am sure other peaople can give you loads of advice aswell
