Hello everyone,
I in college right now and I havn't done any proffessional art work as of yet but I am really serious about getting to that proffessional level. I have mainly focused on drawing predominantly so far and held back from getting into colouring too much. This is probably because colouring and drawing with a mouse is very awkward. Of course, I realise that if I will certainly need to get into that stuff to be a fuller artist and so I've decided to get a tablet.
I've read that most proffessionals prefer wacom so that is what I am looking at. Right now I am considering between the 6 x8 and the 9 by 12 tablets. I am willing to pay for either. I've already ruled out the 4x5 because I think that would cause me to draw with my wrist far too much. I want to be able to use my whole arm when I use it.
Is bigger better then? I have a lot of desk space. Do tablets work fine when they are tilted at any angle? What kind of things do I need to consider?
Thanks for any help. :bashful:
