Any experienced tattoo designers?

Go to your tattoo-artist and explain him what you want. If he is a good one he will draw your design without any problems. It's his job, he is getting paid for. How can you be sure an "artist" will ink it well if he not even was able to draw it?

I've got a few tattoos, and I have friends that are tatto artists. IF he can't draw it, then you need to go to someone who can. I would never let somebody who didn't have at least some drawing skills tattoo me.

I have to agree as Im a Tattooist myself.

if your artist aint got no skills... don't do it. any good tattooist/tattoo artist should be able work with the concept you provide. if they can't, i strongly urge you to seek it out elsewhere
