Wow only 1 year old and you can already type, impressive lol :P...Anyways to answer your question start by getting a listing of all the galleries in your area. Then put your stuff together and go knock on their doors asking (politely of coarse) if they will accept your pieces in the gallery. Be prepared to recieve rejection not every gallery will jump at the change to show you work. And basically go down your list until you grab someone's attention. You may even want to do more research and find out which galleries show more of the type of work that you do.
Now in my humble opinion an easier way of getting "known" would be to post your work in top art communities like this one, gfxartist.com, or cgtalk.com. You would be suprised as to how many employers check these forums. One last way would be to get involved in online projects, whether it be some kind of small online gaming project, illustration for an online comic, even start your own project if your really motivated, and make yourself a website with all your work posted their. If that's even what your into, I don't know if your a digital or traditional artist or both, or what kind of artwork you produce but just be creative, anyhow this should give you an idea on how to start.
Good Luck.

No offense, but you need to go to school, and practice really hard, and learn some more about art, and get some formal training, and practice really hard, and study the old masters, etc, etc.

Try to sell it on the street

Seriously! Selling in the street is not hard at all. People do it every single day down in Venice Beach. Just make good-looking pictures, make a lot of them, bring them along with some blank canvasas and start charging. Be confident.
Plus, you can even be painting/drawing while you sell. It's genius, really.

Yeah, I'm not going into commercial stuff until i've finished college or art uni. It would look worse compared to new work with the help of lots of practice.

Hey insane the best advice in the world would be to just keep doing what your doing.
Dont worry about getting known, just draw and paint as much as you can every day. Experience is the best teacher.
Your work really isn't all that bad given your age, and I think you have a bright future ahead of you. Just keep it up.

Exactly, don`t worry about getting known. You seem to be doing very well for your age and the only thing I would tell you is Put yourself 100% to what you like doing the most and the rest will come. Just like my signature says : You limit yourself to what you think you can do and remember what Christopher Reeves said At first, our dreams seem impossible, then improbable, and when we summon the will it then becomes inevitable.
Love what you are doing and do it with all your heart. The rest will come m8. ;)
