This doesn't look too bad, but the placement is rather uninteresting. Everything is lined up and seems to be placed according to value ("OK, you vegatables! I want the lowest value the the right and higher values to the left! Hup, hup, hup!"). The mushroom seems to be an afterthought and is at it's least when it's edge-on. The compostion is what really kills this piece, though the media seem fairly well handled (far more critical with many exercises).

u have to work more the shadows, and be more careful with ur first sketch. it means a perfect drawning or just bullshit.

I think that photo is bad. If u cant make better corect image in ps

Needs more paint. As it is it looks like a tinted drawing.
