It's rather good, albeit the dynamics are hindered. The proportions are well made, albeit there's some tough parts here and there. The face seem a but unfinished, almost flat. When dealing with a character, you must get the eyes to say something. If you have good eyes, you have character. His left shoulder pad gives another problem, well the whole arms a bit of a problem actually. The shoulder pad seem a bit narrow judging by his back musculature, and you should either see some of the arm beneath the hand or simply more above it. But I'd go with underneath.

I think you should get rid of the motion-lines. It's a common symbol for comics, but here it feels malplaced imo. I like the inking, good variation, and it does a good job marking areas and volume.

I agree and in addition to 2ma2's comment, the pose is not very believable. There is no body twist and no feeling beyond the arm that something is being thrown. It's best to try some of the poses (at least in part) to see how the body actually works.

I agree with the first two responses, other than that your line work is great, and I like the characters!
