Yo Manfred, try not to draw from photos, many of your forms are looking very flat, hence the try to paint from real life. :) Build up your forms from the inside out, not outside in.

i agree with the photo ref part. also watch the eyes the subject looks extreemly crossed eyed... try to match up the eyes so it doesnt look goofy.
