what are you going to do with a portofolio, when you still have a looot to study! ...
The second picure (sketch) is the only one that........ works.... The rest is just bag proportios, bad shadding, incorect anatomy... and that glass painting... come'on man... dorw elipses, build what you want to drow... learn about composition, about color, than get into painting....

Actually Icey, I find your comment to be very harsh, Modern here obviously has the basics down, the sense of proportion and shadow is good, the shapes look shapely and there is nothing wrong with either the colour or the compositions of these pieces. I really like the pages of eyes (got plenty of those myself) and I love the second sketch of yourself. They may not be finished, but them's sketches for you.
That said, these are not portfolio pieces. A "portfolio" consists of 6-10 pristine, professionally finished pieces to show to potential employers or colleges. But, you've got heaps of potential kiddo, keep practicing. :)

first of all icey dang man chill... you know we all gotta start somewere. and nobody starts off with "amazing" artwork! ....dang!
i agree with Siriana--- "But, you've got heaps of potential kiddo, keep practicing."--- definitly true keep it going... and take your time on them it seems as if your impatient (iam the same way) but take your time on a few peices and see what happens you might be surprised on the result...
you have a unique and a good start on you observational skills in dealing with; light, shadow, shade, reflections and depth... try not to take that crappy critisizm (icey) too seriously, they're only trying to make themselves sound smart!
