the battle of the phallic symbols.

it's a great piece. the background is excellent, i love the leaves.

everything's sorta rosy, but not saturated enough (esp boromir himself). maybe making boromir's skin a little less grey, adding some yellow sunlight on him...

i feel kinda cheated by only seeing the orc weapons. perhaps some ominous shadows on the ground, or in the trees? i mean, if he has blood on his sword, it should be form fighting orcs, right? and, if they're still approaching... he couldn't have fought them yet...

well executed, esp. the leaves. the rosy colours are kinda surreal, giving it a certain feel (kind of like i'm watching the scene in slow motion).
