Hey that looks like a mean one :) really cool

Though if you intend to bake it, i suggest you go over the whole thing, refining and smoothing, removing all marks from tools. It will make the whole thing look 10 times better than good. You can try smoothing certain surfaces by brushing a small amount of vaseline on them.

Make sure that all details look "connected" and not like individual peices ( even if they are they are still part of the same model )

I dunno if i gave you the best explanation, but im sure more seasoned types will show up and perhaps clarify :)

Good work m8 !

thats looking really cool. you should add some more surface detail to those bands that wrap around it, some sort of skin texture, or cracking surface or something, right now looks too much like a rolled piece of clay

Also, some details on the teeth, like grooved on the surface right where they pop out of the gums would look great too

Cool, guys, thanks alot, vasaline eh? What does it do, just smooth it out? Does it wreck your paint brushes?

Use isopropyl alcohol 90%+ instead of petroleum jelly(vasiline). It will melt the little nubs of clay and smooth out other roughnesses. Go slow at first, use a brush and experience will tell you how much alcohol to use. No it won't ignite in the oven. Vasaline can change the consistency of the clay, making for problems if you want to continue sculpting.
