How would I go about making a website?

I plan on making a website for me to post my pics on and post my comics on. I already have some html and css skills and I was wondering how would I be going about making it. I have chose the name and where i'll get the actuall website from...

Get a host is a good start. You can either go for those free hosting places for a cheap start, or buy your own space to avoid pop-ups and ads. And then you can go register a domain name.

I do have a host, it;s free webs and I'm going to use a dot.tk name. so it will be myname.tk

I thought you asked where to get the actual site from, so I just went ahead and assumed you didn't have a host yet.
Since you have it, and you know HTML, you can just create the pages and upload them to your host. And for lazy solutions, you can always use a default template provided by your host.
