Anyone have a certain method? I'm having alot of trouble. I'm fairly new to sketching, i've been cartooning all my life. :(

The only way to learn to sketch lips is to study lips in books and artwork by other people, at least it helped me.. :p

make sure you use line direction, curve your lines cause if you use strait ones it will flatten the lips out...Imagination is more important than knowledge- Albert Einstien

the top lip is shaped like an "m" the bottom lip is a "W" thats tucked under the top lip in the corners...also, the top lip is almost always in shadow and the bottom is hit by more light...I read that in a Loomis book.
