Looks great. I have a hard time understanding what's what in the area of her left leg. Maybe this could be "cleaner"?

Looking very clean indeed. Thinking about coloring it?
Perhaps this could solve the issue with the leg...

First of all. great piece Snowfly.
Now, I couldn't help notice your 'DOWN WITH WAR' message. I can't say I would disagree, and I'm sure everyone is with me. The problem I'm having here is you've got a buff chick all kitted out for combat, yet you have a bold anti-war message below it.
I don't mean to single you out as I've noticed the same conflict with many people (including myself) who post here. Many of us are attracted to the ultra violent type artwork found in comics, games, movies, etc. yet many of us go on and on about how BAD war is.
Has anyone else noticed this how strange this is?

This isn't strange, because we know the difference between reality and art...like knowing the difference between reality and games (3d-Shooter etc.)....that's it...
I can't find out what's going on in this left leg area, but you could clear this by removing the bot's arm...it doesn't make a sense it's lying this way anyway...
Great lineart btw...the background is just awesome...very cool drawn

Snowfly this is a cool illo. I would pay attention to the leg/front hip area , as well as the length of the legs. this would look cool with a color job.

i just started a thread on this in the lounge.

looks awsome. although...aside from the leg. she looks like she needs another gun in her left hand, or her fingers are smoking? maybe a knife or grenade or something. One more little thing, maybe the grip on the gun in right hand could be more substantial? come through the bottom of her fist in case she wants to pistol whip another bad dude. Just some minor ideas, I really like the peice. keep up the guud work.

well, i had excellent feedback to begin with. :) thanks everybody!
btw MGH, i put on that "stop the war" as a disclaimer.. i don't often do war pieces after all. still, it's an interesting phenomenon. just goes to show how dorky we are, i guess lol

very nice the leg looked a bit werid but thats just me a think. the pose is a standard halt, screen area, bunk down command used in the s.a.s during slinet close subversion missions, bet you did't know that.
the charaacter has a good sense of actins as well, i take it you use a graphics tablet for the colouring. hmm must get one oh yeah im broke and there 300 +
anyway i love you style very jim lee of image marvel fame keep it up and i look forward to future stuff.

fozzy: oh, that is a bummer. :/ maybe i overdid it with the salt. its the same approach i would've taken with real watercolors, guess it didn't work out as well in digital.
defcmo: no, that's pretty interesting about the SAS. i didn't know that. it's exactly the kind of moment i was trying to capture in the picture tho, and i know i'd seen the pose somwhere...good to know that the ridiculous pose does have some grounding in real life after all. :)
