Maybe you should tell us a bit more about where exactly your problems are ("I'm not good at lifedrawing" is a very vague decription) or show us something you have drawn there.
Oh, and don't write everything in bold letters. It won't get you any (positive) additional attention. :)

Best advice I can think of without knowing what is giving you hang ups, is to learn how to break the body down into basic 3 dimensional shapes. Practice drawing boxes, cylinders, and ball forms, - fill whole pages with them. Then look at the model and try to simplify them down into these shapes, build and sculpt on top of these shapes. Always analyze the dimensions and construction of your subjects. Everything is essentially in perspective, study up on perspective and apply your knowledge of it to the figure. Check out the andrew loomis books at fineart.sk if you're looking for some free resourses. The bridgeman books are good and also check out the Vilppu drawing manual. Hope this helps and also consider you will have a lifetime to study the figure so don't get too discouraged. Post some pictures up and you will probably be able to get a lot better advices.

I'm wondering what your instructor teaches to you guys. It seems to me that you are having a difficult time so you are looking into other resources for advice.
I'll be glad to help you but maybe you could be more specific to what trouble/s you're having.
BTW I recommend you get Anthony Ryder's "The Artists' Complete Guide to Figure Drawing". It's a good book.
