The good: Interesting character design and I like the concept of the crystal ball being linked directly into his mind. I'm looking forward to see what approaches you have in mind for coloring this piece.

The other stuff: The line quality looks a bit too uniform and detracts from the organic feel of this character. Also, his pose looks rather stiff and the foreshortening on his arms doesn't feel believable (the arms feel rather small compared to his head).

For that, all I have to say is "Reference, reference, reference! :^^: " Snag a photo with a good frontal pose, or sit yourself in front of a mirror in your bathrobe. That may help you to clarify the clothing folds, shading and perspective.

The hands need to be about twice that size to look like they're being seen in perspective. Right now, he looks like a dwarf, with stubby arms, big head, and small hands. Your hand should be roughly the size of your face, even on the same level - this much in front of the face means they should be much larger.

the foreshortening on the arms is still not quite working - the arms still look short. Study closely, the folds on the extended arms - the overlap is critical in making that convincing. Maybe you could take a picture of yourself or someone else in a bathrobe or something to use as reference? I see you had reference, but was it someone dressed like this? At this stage of your development, you're not ready to wing it.

Good start though...interesting idea.

Someone already beat me to the hands part. I think you did a good job on the gesture of the hands, just need to make them bigger. The bottom of the crystal ball needs some work, they need to be more even. The hat of the fortune teller is also tilting toward right side in an unatural manner. (means you probably didn't intend to make it tilt).
The line width could use some variations. I'm guessing you are using the pen tool in photoshop, since the lines are realy smooth. It's probably better to give the line varying width by hand rather than rely on the "simulate pressure" option in photoshop.
