I only see 2 images. What I do see is good tho. Their backs are done nicely, and it seems like you can work well with lighting. One thing is that the two are very similar; foreground figure has his back to us, the other guy kinda leaning to our left with his arms out. Are they supposed to be so alike? And it seems like you're trying to skimp out on the hands. The first image needs some more definition in the hands, and the bottom of it looks unfinished. Other then that it seems like you know what you're doing, so keep doing it.

The really hard edges you use for definitions make these very stiff. Also, such well defined anatomy leaves no room for imagination and for our brain's natural correction process.. you know, of filling in the details. Since your anatomy is off in many cases it just kills it..
A wise man once said here on these forums: When in doubt - make it blurry.
You can try mumbling too, it also works!

The first and last one remind me of NC Wyeth's color palettes.

"Theif" is a much more finished piece than the others you previously posted and better composition. There was alot of cutting off/ hiding hands and feet going on which is a no no. Try to force yourself to work those out. Pose your own hands and feet in the mirror ( or take pics) to help get a sense of what to do with them. I do like the color choices the oranges against the blues makes things "Pop".
Also the Minotaurs/beast face in the 1st painting really catchs my attention.
Keep at it I enjoy your painterly style

I did 3 years in the israeli army, I feel your pain... ;)
But wait! wait!!
Do you smell that?
another day just burnt... ;)
93 days left baby wooo
I can see you took my advice about softening the edges, loosening up. I think it really helped, do you?
Next thing would be pushing your color temperture.
Look at his cloth: its under direct sun light, but has the same temperture as the drop shadow on the ground. Could this be possible?? I think not.
This relates to most of your shadows too. They dont say "I'm coool"...

Wow, you really know your anatomy! The first and second are my favorites! And I agree with rambhat about the NC Wyeth-ish color palette. Good stuff!
