I made this for fun for a competition at a norwegian forum.
around 7 hours in photoshop

poster is fantastic, i can picture dad bush behind son with hand on shoulder and some inspectors in the mid-ground. Bin Ladin hi fivin saddam, fox news casters, etc.

You can really see the blue in the kids face...
I don't think the image is funny at all, but I like it because I can't stand TV and most news channels are full of shit.

Very nice work sir, hope to see more some time.

The desert storm poster is amazing, my favorite part is actually the little girl in the foreground. Very nice work.

Aiiiya, Bush looks too handsome la. What brush did you use for the poster? Could you explain a little bit on how did you get that painting look brush strokes and textures on the poster in photoshop?

mushuhaha: I use the standard brushes in ps7 and I apply a sharpen filter at the end

Bush's eyes should have little dollarsigns in them ;)

very nice work. that Denzel Washington painting is jaw-dropping - congrats.

same goes for the desert storm poster with only a few possible changes...

i agree with davi, the little girl's face should be lit better. this would be great for making her cute-yet-sad face all the more obvious (and an excuse to paint some really watery, doe-eyes).

secondly, her left arm (behind her back) is sorta strange. she either has a wide torso, or it's a funny angle, or maybe i've been drinking too much before dinner...

lastly, saddam's face is a lot more 2d than bush's, and his chin makes him look like a ventriloquist's dummy (if anyone should sport that look, it should be bush).

very nice work. it's a good thing to see an artist with a sense of irony as well developed as his painting skills.
