I'm currently an undergrad at a community college and plan to go to an art school to major in illustration. Im wondering if anyone has any input on any schools, to be more precise for myself, i would like to know about OTIS and Pasadena Art Center. Maybe even perhaps if anyone does attend these schools they can throw some of their works up to see what comes out of what they teach over there. Thanks for any input.

For illustration on the West coast, Art Center would be my first choice.

I go to Art Center. It's just about the best education in art you can get in the country, however it does depend on what kind of Illustration you'd like to tackle. For more fine art or editorial based illustration, the East Coast schools are a bit more appropriate (Pratt, RISD, etc.) Art Center is VERY foundation and skill based. It's extrememly hard core and caters more to an entertainment based version of illustration, however, as having also gone to Pratt, Art Center's foundation programs and skill teaching is light years beyond Pratt.
