where do I need to tweak to finish it?

Okay, i've been fitzing with this, my first serious big digital piece for about two weeks now, and I can tell it's close. My goal is to get it onto Epilogue, sort of as a psycholocigal benchmark. Anyway, they've rejected it three times. The first two I can understand in retrospect, but now all I get is "burry or smudged" and it's looking pretty clean in all the right spots to me. But as I said I've been basically in this piece for two weeks now and I'm probably too close at the moment.

So I figured, I'd post it here and try to get some more objective feedback than i've gotten over on the Epilogue forums.

Just some quick notes:

- The neck seems a little bit off...it's to much on the right

- The handle/grip (don't know the word) of the sword is not centered considering the blade

- Her left hand looks off in perspective and anatomical

- The pink reflection on the blade should be the color of her dress
