I dont get why its serious. There is just two local colour tones, and flat background.

i beleive this is the wrong forum for your skill level...try posting in the work in progress section till you become of higher skill

Theres not much to say about this other than it looks like a doodle you colored over in ps and dubmitted it, theres not perspective or shading or background i would suggest you study some squid refrences and some machinery refrences
