Wow, this is large and hard to get without scrolling all over the place. If you could keep it to 800x600, it would help out.

This isn't bad, but the eyes say "disgruntled" versus "wise". I can't get a sense of the composition or much else due to the size.

Yeah, the size is definitely making it hard to get a real impression of this image but I'd say it doesn't "read" too well. What's that wrapping around her? Branches I'd guess?

I'd say your shading needs more nuance. You're shading very obviously, as if your light source was coming directly from the left, but there would be some reflected light even w/in the shadows - that would round your forms out more. Your line quality's much the same all over and varying it would help a lot to make the image more interesting. The way it is now, it's hard to separate her from the tree behind her.

I also think you should think more about textures - render and shade according to that. Tree bark would be much different than skin or hair - paying attention to those things would give us a lot more to look at.

Ears at different angles, cheek bones don't match, composition is left-heavy. Nice style, I like the forearm/hand.
