I'm playing with my intuos 3 airbrush, I have the finger wheel set to control brush size. I've noticed that on a random basis, every 50th stroke or so, the stroke will be made with the minimum size rather than the large size I have it set to. I'm painting away with a large brush then I suddenly get a thin line, hit undo, keep painting. It's annoying, anyone know what's going on?

Or know of any other nifty uses for this wheel?

I have painter set to show me my brush diameter as a circle, but when I change the size with the wheel this circle doesn't change. I assume this can't be made to work?

Check in the Brush Controls' Size palette to see if Size Expression is set to Pressure. That could be why your brushstrokes are sometimes less wide.

In Painter IX, to make the Brush Ghost change size when you resize the brush variant, hold down the Ctrl/Command+Alt/Option keys and drag.

I don't know why it doesn't change when using the wheel, since I don't have the Intuos 3 airbrush.

If you continue having problems, try posting your questions on the Corel Painter newsgroups.
