Wow! Really nice:P I like the sketching unstraight aspect combined with the nice coloring. Simple but original background. You did the first lines on paper on directly on the comp?

Hey, I like the look on his face, especially the hint of color about the eye, and he has an interesting pose. He reminds me of Don Quixote.
For crits, I would say that the drawing needs a few anatomy fixes. His wrist is a little small, and one forearm is longer than the other. I would also make the hands a little bigger.
keep it up!

I think that you are first done the head, and after body. Like this your figure is not in natural movement. Try to think first about global and after about detail.

I agree with Danilo. It looks like a doodle that evolved. The motion is very unnatural and there are many armor and anatomy issues when in reference to the pose. Basically, his armor wouldn't bend to suit the pose. Very interesing pic but I think fixing the anatomy and the positioning would makes this pic great.

there was just one thing that caught my eye. the sword behind the head - at first i was like "why did the old knight put his sword through his head???"
Then i realized that the sword was behind his head, so i would suggest maybe moving the sword to a less confusing place...otherwise a very cool drawing...though do take heed of the anatomy and armor tips. The Lord knows we can always do with improvement! :}
