IT'S A WIDE ONE..

Gosh, I have really been trying to paint on the computer hard recently....
Any tips, pointers, hints, secrets, insults or recipies are welcome.

OH, this one is done entirely in Photoshop, originally at a very large size
(300 dpi, 10"/25') About an hour for the line work, and this is probably the third time I colored it.. All told about two and a half hours....
IS IT TOO BIG???

The female figure is very enjoyable and the jazzy calligraphy is very nice too.
Not too fond of the other figure, it looks very out of place.
