Well, this is my absolute first 3d model, inspired by warcraft art of course and indeed it is a work in progress. I am fully aware of all the flaws that exists but i just wanted to know what you guys think :)

Always render with a neutral background color, in this case a light gray. It makes it so much easier to see what going on. Post some wireshots, can't crit the mesh without those. I would get rid of the tusks as I see them as really distracting and not very practical looking at all. The face looks pretty intresting. All in all, a good first attempt.

The biggest problem for me is the lips. They're so tubelike all the way around, same thickness too. The nose seems to smooth, too perfect, to be on an orc. However, making something assymetrical is usually done after you're modeling it symmetrical.

the teeth, while I like the size, don't make much sense. I know these are supposed to be abominations, but a little anatomical mindedness is needed. Make em a little smaller and make em point up or down, not straight out.

yeah, they were right there's a bit problem with the lips and the teeth..
